3 cups cooked wild and brown rice mix
8 oz bulk sausage, I use turkey
1 red pepper, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful of flat leaf parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Cook sausage over medium high heat. Drain if necessary. Add vegetables and cook until soft. Add rice and stir in parsley and spices.
